Welcome to A Day in the Life

This is planned as a kind of daily, casual photoblog, with snaps of what's going on in my life. It's going to include people I know, so please let me know if you don't like a photo I have up here of you!

This blog is aiming at being very casual, spontaneous and frequently updated. I will be using my current fave tool for this purpose- the 'Hello' Bloggerbot! Each time I have an interesting enough day, I'll post some pictures of it here, along with some commentary. They'll appear in a sequence as a kind of story, which will start with a title- hopefully a catchy one- and a description of the lenses being used. Just to let you know that set of pictures is finished, I'll say the words 'THE END'. If I can think of a better comment or I make a better edit of a picture I'll make some changes behind the scenes, but I don't think you'll see any really dramatic ones. Can't say fairer than that!

I must be a keen Blogger, as I already have some other Blogs going on. If you like what I'm doing here, or if you're a complete masochist who hates it- please try these links-

Moments of Infinity - My 'Artistic' presentation of photos, hopefully good ones! There's also a translation into Japanese of my commentaries there, done by my wonderful girlfriend, Yuko.

Gideon's Photography - Probably the closest thing to a brother or sister this blog will ever have. This has galleries of my photos along with updates on my life and travels.

Flickr Galleries - My galleries on Flickr. These can also be accessed by clicking on that funny, moving, picture-puzzle type thing in the sidebar.

Pbase Galleries - My galleries on Pbase- simple and stylish... well at least I like to think they are!

So, please enjoy the pics, here in their 'natural environment'. I can assure you, in advance, that no people, animals, birds, flowers, or even insects were hurt in the production of this photoblog. Nor were any cameras or lenses.

So, now all that's said, let's let the fun begin! Lights, camera, action...
